Vulcan Custom Surfboards
Branding Identity
In 1989, the Vulcan family started shaping and carving surf boards. Custom making their boards gave them a chance to use premium materials. This helped better fit their surf style and lessen the chance to have to buy more boards. Located in Huntington Beach California, Vulcan is exposed to a historic surf community. The custom boards are carved foam blanks that are formed from recycled material mixed with epoxy resin. This makes for a strong, lightweight and environmentally friendly custom product.
Approach
With Vulcan being the God of volcanoes and fire, the goal was to create a system with a fire red look and emphasize on the strength of our boards and volcanoes. Vulcan surfboards gives the customer the chance for a durable strong build made to best compliment your surf style.
